Author Visit http://media-center-k.bles.groupfusion.net Batesburg-Leesville Elementary School students were delighted to have Mrs. Fran Hawk, author of The Story of the H.L.Hunley and Queenie’s Coin, visit our school on November 6. Mrs. Hawk talked with third and fourth graders about the steps she took in writing her book. She explained to them that they followed the same process when they did a paper for school.
